Operating at speeds up to 45 bags per minute, the auto bagger packaging machine is capable of maximising machine uptime while reducing total cost of ownership. This bagger machine combines three processes into one – filling, sealing and printing of labels. Featuring an advanced thermal transfer imprinter for next-bag-out printing, when positioned directly over the next bag to be loaded, labelling operation becomes more accurate and efficient for applications that require frequent product and label changeovers.
Specially designed for safe operations and built with very few moving parts, this machine does not require any light curtains or double palm switches. This provides unobstructed access to the open bag, allowing the packaging process to facilitate faster, reduce lifetime cost and improving uptime. Its servo driven web controls and job storage capabilities reduces the amount of bags in queue, eliminating waste and decreasing changeover time.
This machine can be configured for left or right-hand access to the HMI, cycle switch, roll loading, and ribbon loading, providing seamless integration into any operation. In addition, operators can adjust the height of this compact machine, allowing operators to use the machine comfortably. To facilitate central monitoring, the system can be networked for full pack station integration. Productivity information can also be extracted for detailed analysis.
