SX 200 Software
The SX200 Software is designed to provide users with various benefits such as data management, flexibility, data analytics, upgradability and many more. Businesses can make use of this software to share data amongst management platforms for better analytics. The seamless integration of future applications includes real-time optical location and battery optimization systems. Also, the EquipCommand® software, EquipManager® and Impact Manager® installations can be upgraded to SX200 to obtain new data management and reporting tools.
The EquipManager is a wireless monitoring system with a fully customisable and intuitive interface capable of reducing maintenance, repair and damage cost. Additional features such as a broad range of sensor inputs and state-of-the-art wireless networking capabilities are also incorporated into the device.

TotalTrax ImpactManager® RF & ID is access control, impact, and utilisation tracking device designed for forklift centric environments. This device helps to reduce damage and injury by preventing incorrect operations, creating a safe work environment for both employees and equipment. The ImpactManager® RF & ID records impact event detail such as date, time and driver identification. The informative data is then immediately transmitted wirelessly for download and analysis. Its user-friendly interface ensures that only trained drivers can operate the equipment. With ImpactManager® RF & ID, users will be able to control equipment access and operating parameters through the TotaTrax software, providing users accurate reports to enhance accident preventive measures.
The EquipCommand™ is a fleet management software used to collect valuable information needed to plan operations, reduce costs, and effectively improve safety procedures. This easy-to-use software is configurable to different needs. Detailed reports and graphs are then generated from the user’s parameters and presented insightfully. These reports can be sent through any preferred choice of communication, allowing users to stay up-to-date at any point in time.
The VX100/200 Hardware features a simple & intuitive user interface, providing users with colour-coded information, status LEDs, interactive function keys, graphical icons that are driver-friendly, as well as a bigger screen for the VX200. The VX100, on the other hand, can display UI on existing VMT. This was designed for easier and faster installation, service and upgrades. The VX100/200 Hardware allows flexible WiFi or cellular connectivity options depending on requirements. Also, we improved the ruggedness and power management of the device with an IP66 rating and a 10V to 80V conditioning.
