High Voltage Motor Protection Unit Desiccator

The High Voltage Motor Protection Unit Desiccator, features a humidity indicator and High Voltage Motor Protection Desiccator to protect electrical and high voltage motors and switchgear against corrosion, contamination, and dampness. The desiccator can be filled with one of the two desiccants, Molecular Sieve or Blue-indicating Silica Gel, for moisture absorption to regulate and reduce the relative humidity to acceptable levels. When the Blue-indicating Silica Gel is saturated, it changes colour from blue to pink, indicating the need for replacement. A Molecular Sieve is recommended for equipment that operates at low temperatures and is sensitive to water vapour condensation.
