The Lollipop Probe Thermometer is a waterproof tool incorporated with auto-calibration and min/max features to allow users to verify and quantify the final rinse temperatures in commercial ware-washers and dishwashers. The Lollipop Probe Thermometer can also be used to measure the temperature of food that is being cooked, cooled, or held using its small-diameter probe. This probe is ideal for measuring “thin mass” food such as meat patties and chicken/fish fillets according to FDA Food Code 4-302.12 (B).
