Tubular Desiccators are ideal for preventing dampness, corrosion, and contamination in optical and electronic equipment. Although this desiccator does not incorporate a humidity indicator, it can be fitted to a separate humidity indicator or panel mounting plug onto equipment. Filled with moisture adsorbing desiccants (Silica Gel/Molecular Sieve), the Tubular Desiccators help to reduce and regulate the relative humidity to acceptable levels. Molecular Sieves are highly recommended in the desiccator to adsorb moisture for equipment that is extremely sensitive to water vapour condensation and requires a low temperature to operate.
