VCI LUBRICATING LIQUIDS

VCI Lubricating Liquids are used for various metal processing applications, such as preserving ferrous and other metal parts, all types of engines and other enclosed systems such as hydraulic systems, compressors, transmission and gearboxes. VCI Lubricating Liquids can also be used as transit coatings to protect metal surfaces when exposed to humid conditions or areas where acid fumes are present.

Nox-Rust 1100

The Nox-Rust 1100 lubricating oil protects metals in enclosed systems such as fuel tanks, and hydraulic and coolant circulating systems, guaranteeing a corrosion-free condition throughout the equipment during shipment ready-to-use when taken out of its packaging.

Nox-Rust 1101

The Nox-Rust 1101 is an internal combustion engine VCI lubricating oil used in closed systems where a combination of metals is available. The petroleum-based Nox-Rust 110 can be used at full strength in ferrous and non-ferrous metal systems. It also applies to fuel tanks, storage tanks, gear housing, clutch compartments, crankcases, and transmissions. It can be fogged into shipping cases to safeguard unpainted auto and truck body sections during transit.

Nox-Rust 1200 DC

The Nox-Rust 1200 DC solution is environmentally safe and silica-free. Most importantly, it is suitable to reach enclosed areas. Apply simply by fogging or spraying after the equipment shuts down, and no residue will be left on the surfaces of the equipment. The Nox-Rust 1200 DC ensures bulky equipment is safe from corrosion and prepares it for hydrostatic testing before shipment or storage. It provides long-term corrosion protection for ferrous metals, including galvanised steel and copper. Removal of the solution is unnecessary as the equipment will be in ready-to-use condition.

Nox-Rust 4101

The Nox-Rust 4101 protects the steel in areas where acid fumes are present. It also ensures steel parts and equipment stored in humid conditions are free from corrosion. Non-staining and easy to apply, users can spray, dip, flow coat or brush the Nox-Rust 4101 onto the desired surfaces. The soft waxy film also protects steel and zinc and is also compatible with non-ferrous metals. It can be removed with a petroleum solvent, caustic clear or steam.

Nox-Rust 9800

The Nox-Rust 9800 is a water-soluble VCI Liquid that can be sprayed or fogged into enclosed areas such as pipes, turbines and tanks. This clear and amber liquid is moisture-absorbing, finger-print removing and ready-to-use. It provides long-term protection against corrosion and oxidation of iron, steel, zinc and aluminium.

Safecote CLV

The VCI Safecote CLV is a water-based transit coating that provides ferrous metals with environmentally safe corrosion protection during storage and transit by creating a firm, waxy film coating.

Safecote CF

The VCI Safecote CF provides excellent high humidity and salt spray protection. It is a unique blend of emulsifiers, inhibitors, and surfactants combined to deposit a soft greasy film from a water emulsion system to protect ferrous metal surfaces.
