Two-Way Relief Valves are designed with distinct and separate settings for both vacuum and pressure relief, making them applicable for both transit and storage containers and electronic and electro-optics equipment Tamper-proof, these valves feature standard settings ranging between 0.5 psi to 3.0 psi reseal pressure. Most valves are equipped with a desiccant cartridge, allowing the adsorbing of moisture before entering a piece of equipment or container. These relief valves do not require any maintenance. Most of them come with a manual release push button to equalise pressure or vacuum differentials to open the container or equipment.

Panel Mounting Double Differential Relief Valve

This low-cost, two-way pressure and vacuum relief are suitable for transit cases and other similar applications up to 4 cubic feet in volume. With separate and distinct settings for both pressure and vacuum relief, it features a flow rate of 0.5 scfm when at a pressure of 1.5 psi to 2.0 above the value settings. The standard settings range between 0.5 psid to 2.0 psid reseal pressure. The Panel Mounting Double Differential Relief Valve does not require any field maintenance due to the corrosion-resistant material used throughout the device. The valve seals are made of silicone rubber, in which each valve is supplied with an o-ring and nut for small cases that require a low profile value. Its manual release push button is also capable of equalising pressure or vacuum differentials to open the container.

0.75 x 16 UNF Double Differential Relief Valve (With Weather Shield)

The UNF Double Differential Relief Valve features a weather shield and is designed to provide a low-cost, two-way pressure and vacuum relief that is suitable for transit cases and other similar applications up to 4 cubic feet in volume. Field maintenance is not required for this valve due to the corrosion-resistant material used throughout the device. It is also equipped with valves made of silicone rubber, in which each valve is supplied with an o-ring and nut for small cases that require a low profile value. The 0.75 x 16 UNF Double Differential Relief Valve (With Weather Shield) features a separate and distinct setting for both Vacuum and Pressure Relief Valves. This breather valve also features a conversion coated housing, which allows the use of a conductive o-ring for minimal RFI Shielding. 1.00-20 UNEF Thread Double Differential Relief Valve

The UNEF Thread Double Differential Relief  Valve is ideally used for transit cases or other similar applications of up to 33 cubic feet in volume. Designed to be low cost, it features a high flow valve of 4.0 scfm compared to the Panel Mounting Double Differential Relief Valve. The valve is lightweight, rugged, and tamper-proof. Besides, it does not require any maintenance as corrosion-resistant materials are used throughout, and it also features a silicone rubber seal. Like other breather valves, it is incorporated with a manual release push button that is used to equalise residual pressure or vacuum differentials for the opening of the container. The valve is also available in settings ranging from 0.5 psi to 5.0 psi.

3/4 “ Thread Double Differential Relief Valve

Consist of a separate and distinct setting for both pressure and vacuum relief, this breather valve features a flow rate that ranges from 1.5 to 4.0 scfm at 1.5 psi above the valve reseal setting. It is ideally used for containers and similar applications up to 33 cubic feet in volume. It is available in standard settings ranging from 0.25 psid to 3.0 psid reseal pressure – the lower the setting, the higher the flow rate.

It is made of corrosion-resistant material and silicone rubber for the valve seal. The spherical valve seat is Teflon coated for easy “break-away” action even after prolonged storage. This Breather Valve is tamper-proof and does not require field maintenance. This breather valve comes with a manual release push button used to equalise the pressure or vacuum differentials to allow easy opening of the container. The button is recessed in the cover to protect it from damage and prevent the adjacent container from pressing the button accidentally, causing it to remain open. Below, the button is equipped with a unique feature: a light-duty spring that separates the button from the vacuum stem and must be overcome before the button opens the valve.

The valves are also available in two types: “Cracking” and “Reseal”. Cracking Valves are rated by cracking pressure and the flow rate at 1.5 psi above the cracking pressure, while Reseal Valves are rated by the reseal pressure and the flow rate at 1.5 psi above the reseal pressure. Gasket, washer, and hex nut are provided with each valve. The weldable nut is available for use as a threaded boss, or the valve may be used with our Mounting Flanges. RFI/EMI shielding is also available.

*Cracking Pressure: Pressure at which the valve has opened enough to flow one cubic centimetre per minute. *Reseal Pressure: Pressure at which the valve is guaranteed to close after it has cracked open.

2.00-18 UNS Thread Double Differential Relief Valve

Featuring a separate and distinct setting for both vacuum and pressure relief, the Thread Double Differential Relief Valve features a flow rate of 10.0 to 25.0 scfm at 1.5 psi above the valve setting standard-setting range from 0.5 psid to 5.0 psid reseal pressure. This makes it suitable for large containers and similar applications up to 208 cubic feet in volume. This breather valve comes with a manual release push button used to equalise the pressure or vacuum differentials to allow easy opening of the container.

The button is recessed in the cover to protect it from damage and prevent the adjacent container from pressing the button accidentally, causing it to remain open. Below, the button is equipped with a unique feature: a light-duty spring that separates the button from the vacuum stem and must be overcome before the button opens the valve. The valves are also available in two types: “Cracking” and “Reseal”. Cracking Valves are rated by cracking pressure and the flow rate at 1.5 psi above the cracking pressure, while Reseal Valves are rated by the reseal pressure and the flow rate at 1.5 psi above the reseal pressure.

M14 Thread Double Differential Relief Valve (With Weather Shield)

Made from Anodised Aluminium, the M14 Thread Double Differential Relief Valve is designed to protect enclosures from the imbalance of internal and external pressure. The weather shield provides additional protection and can be supplied with R.F. Screening Continuity whenever required. The valve is also available in a wide range of pressure settings.

M25 Thread Stainless Steel Relief Valve

The Stainless Steel Relief Valve is a Two-Way Pressure Relief Valve that can be used together with a desiccator with the help of the M20 Internal Thread on the rear. This valve features a key slot in the front and a diamond knurl cut body to help easily fit.

M30 Thread Pressure Relief Valve (Polycarbonate)

This valve is made from a polycarbonate and stainless steel mixture designed to protect enclosures from the imbalance of internal and external pressure. It requires a 30.5 diameter hole and is fitted with a manual override button to ensure safe equipment opening. The valve is also available in a wide range of pressure settings.
