Ultra High Flow Valve

The Ultra-High Flow Valve is made for overpressure and vacuum relief. Capable of offering a significantly higher increase in gas pass-through than similar-sized valves, this is made possible due to its unique operating characteristics (after opening completely, there is a proportional decline in backpressure). The Ultra High Flow Valve is ideal for various applications such as overpressure in storage vessels, pressure vessels, pipelines, equipment containers, and safety relief applications. The completely automatic valve reacts within 0.2 seconds and resets upon opening, even after achieving the limit of flow performance

The valve ranges from the standard pressure settings between 0,5 psi to 5.0 psi for pressure and vacuum relief. These valves can function in rough environments, including low & high temperatures, corrosive chemicals, and driving. Available in 3 standard sizes of 1”, 3” and 8” (25mm, 76mm and 200mm), additional accessories can also be equipped onto the valve such as a debris filter, EMC screening, additional mechanical and physical protection, as well as a manual relief override.
