The FlashLink® PDF In-Transit Loggers is a small and compact, single-use data logger that is capable of monitoring temperature conditions within -40°F to 150°F (-40°C to 66°C). This temperature data logger features a built-in USB connector and onboard software, allowing users to download and access the trip information upon the arrival of shipment by connecting the device to a PC. This is especially useful for remote locations. When the PDF In-Transit loggers are connected to a PC, an encrypted PDF report is automatically downloaded to the PC, allowing users to archive and email reports for quality assurance, traceability, and GDP convenience. The FlashLink® PDF In-Transit Loggers also allows the customising of its logging parameters such as high/low alarm settings and sample intervals to cater to the different needs of users.

FlashLink® Mini PDF In-Transit Logger, Model 31010

The 31010 model is a plug-and-play logger, incorporated with the Shadow Log® technology, ensuring receivers always get trip data, even if the operator forgets to activate the device. The PDF logger is a compact and single-use temperature recorder with a built-in USB connector and onboard software, making it ideal for export shipments.

Receivers across the globe can easily download the recorded trip history without special reading devices or installing software. PDF and CSV reports are automatically generated in both °F and °C scales, including a graph, summary analytics, and tabular data. Therefore allows files to be easily and conveniently shared, printed, and saved from a PC, tablet or smartphone with an adapter and compatible Adobe Reader application.

The 31010 model is ideal for domestic routes and import/export operations for all modes of transportation such as air, truck, rail, and ocean container. The PDF logger also simplifies logger inventory management by eliminating the need to stock multiple models of various logging durations. Recorded data is scaled to fit a graph on a one-page PDF report, which means shorter logging periods are displayed with high resolution as a full graph.

The 31011 and 31012 are designed for life science applications, with 5-minute sample intervals and preset alarms. These device features make it ideal for shipping products such as clinical trial drugs, vaccines, insulin, biologics, and other pharmaceuticals. Model 31011 has 2°C/8°C low/high alarms for refrigerated conditions while model 31012 has 15°C/25°C alarms for CRT (Controlled Room Temperature) products. Even if the operator forgets to activate the device, the 31011 & 31012 models is a plug-and-play loggers, incorporated with the Shadow Log® technology. The FlashLink® USB PDF -80°C In-Transit Logger is a go-to cold chain management device. It is designed to monitor temperature-sensitive products that must be frozen and travel through the supply chain at very low temperatures, especially when shipped with dry ice. The USB PDF -80°C In-Transit Logger is a single-use data logger equipped with a USB connector and onboard software to allow immediate download of data when shipment arrives at the receiving dock. It offers temperature history as PDF and CSV reports and is available in 4 different logging periods, 5, 15, 45, and 75 days. The patented Shadow Log™ feature also guarantees that trip data is available even if the operator forgets to start the unit.
