The Desiccant Reactivation Unit is a mechanical device specifically designed to recover saturated Orange-Indicating Silica Gel, known as Envirogel. It can process up to 25kg of saturated silica gel in one six-hour cycle and remove up to 4.5 litres of water. The reactivation unit is operated from a standard main electricity output to power three kilo-watt batteries. Incorporated with forced air circulation, the device ensures that the evaporated moisture doesn’t cause backflow to the desiccants.
The Desiccant Reactivation Unit also features a temperature monitoring and control instrument that helps ensure the best performance for the reactivation process and provide precise reactivation management to ensure maximum efficiency. The input reactivation temperature control includes a constant readout of input heat energy. It can be manually set by users, and it includes a constant readout of input heat energy as well. In contrast, the temperature monitor, on the other hand, can indicate the progress of the reactivation of silica gel. When both outlet and inlet temperature are similar, the monitor helps inform users that the reactivation process is completed. It is mounted on wheels for easy placement in a workshop or on-site. It is also designed with a removable inner desiccant holder to replace the processed Envirogel easily.
