4 Sided Seal Pouch

The 4 Sided Seal Pouch is a lean and concise pouch designed to secure small quantities in a compact form. Also known as sachets, these pouches are low-cost and efficient, capable of packing a wide range of products of different structures such as powders, creams, granules, and liquefied products. Unlike the 3 Sided Seal Pouch, which is formed using one piece of film, where 3 of the sides are sealed, leaving only the top or bottom open for content filling, the 4 Sided Seal, on the other hand, is manufactured from two pieces of film which is sealed on all four sides, leaving a small little gap for content filling.

The 4 Sided Seal Pouch is made of mono and multi-layers of plastic films with metallised and aluminium foil lamination which creates high durability and long shelf life characteristics for the pouch. Additional protective films are also available to protect aroma, oxygen, UV, and punctures. The pouch is highly customisable in its size, dimensions, and designs, usually ranging from ½” square or smaller to 6” to 12” or larger to fit the product of your choice. Additional accessories such as tear notch, zipper, and displayer can also enhance the pouch’s functionality and aesthetics.
