Phosphated Wire Buckles

Wire Buckles are designed to maximise their holding power and have an outstanding slip resistance with their “self-lock” feature. Featuring a small dent at the corner of the tensioning side allows the buckle to close tighter, making it more effective, durable, and less slippery. When the usage of metal buckles is combined with polyester lashings, the cargo will be secured in place even when in motion. The Phosphated Wire Buckle is a type of Wire Buckle designed to be used along with Lashing Belts. The wire buckle features a special coating that makes it blunter, preventing the slipping of the bands. The coating also helps to avoid wearing and galling.
