Condensation formation poses a significant risk to the integrity and performance of sensitive equipment, including medical devices and electronic circuits. Our Desiccant Sheet provides a space-efficient alternative to desiccant sachets, designed for tight spaces where dust contamination from desiccants must be avoided.

High Absorption Efficiency

This sheet is easily customisable, allowing it to be cut to any size to fit specific needs, ensuring a clean, dust-free environment. Offered in a standard size of 295mm x 205mm x 1.6mm, similar to an A4 paper size, its dimensions can also be tailored to meet particular requirements.

The desiccant features a typical absorption rate of 0.006 grams per cm², crafted from Polyethylene plastic embedded with active silica gel. It operates efficiently within a temperature range of -40ºC to 70ºC. It’s available in various thicknesses to suit different applications, promoting a clean and dry environment for vulnerable systems.

  • Using Sheet Desiccant: To determine the required area of sheet desiccant, divide the weight of the candy (in grams) by 1.5. This calculation will give the needed desiccant area in square centimeters.
  • Packaging Recommendations: Store the desiccant sheet together in an air-tight container or bag. This packaging should effectively block oxygen and bacteria to maintain freshness.
  • Storage Conditions: Avoid storing the product in hot and humid conditions, as this can reduce the desiccant’s moisture-absorbing efficiency over time.
  • Immediate Use: For best results, use the desiccant sheet promptly after opening the package. Any unused sheets should be kept in a tightly sealed environment, preferably with minimal air exposure, to maintain effectiveness.
  • Preserving Unused Sheets: If sheets are not used immediately, they should be stored in a sealed manner, ideally in a vacuum bag, to minimize air exposure and preserve their moisture-absorbing capacity
