Containers & Flexible Barriers

Containers & Flexible Barriers are humidity indicator plugs that function to monitor and detect humidity changes in containers & flexible barriers. When humidity rises, the humidity sensor plug provides a visual alert through its colour change from blue to pink. When the humidity decreases, the plug reverts to blue from pink. Desiccant port and Silica Gel/Molecular Sieve or Molecular desiccant bags can provide additional protection to the equipment by removing the moisture present.

BLD4331/01-03 – Humidity Indicator Plug

An indicator plug designed for several levels of R.H., this humidity indicator can be supplied in either single or split level variations. The unit has spanner flats, which allow easy fitting and come with a back nut for panel or barrier bag mounting.

BLD4332 – Humidity Indicator Plug

A 4 level humidity indicator plug, the unit includes a spanner flat for easy fitting into equipment and comes with a black nut for panel or barrier bag mounting.

BLD5000/01-05 – Humidity Indicator Plug

The BLD5000/01-05 is a ¾” Pipe Thread 30/50% R.H. Indicator Plug. The unit comprises a spanner flat for easy fitting into equipment and can be fitted easily into a panel or flexible barrier bag using the provided black nut. It also comes with natural threads for R.F. screening continuity. 

BLD5413/01-04 – Humidity Indicator Plug

An indicator plug for multiple levels of R.H., this humidity indicator is available in either single or split level variations. These units also incorporate spanner flats to allow easy fitting and are also provided with a back nut for panel or barrier bag mounting.

BLD6344/02 Polycarbonate

A 30/50% R.H. level indicator plug to ensure a hard-wearing design, this split level humidity indicator is made from polycarbonate material. The unit comes with a black nut, applicable for a wide range of applications that include mounting into barrier bags.

BLD7455/01-02

A 20%, 30%, 40% & 50% R.H. level indicator plug, this humidity indicator comes in either single or split level variations with spanner flats to allow easy fitting into equipment. It contains a grove slot for easy fitting and a black nut for panel or barrier bag mounting. This unit is available in either black or clear.

BLD9188/01

A 20%, 30%, 40% & 50% R.H. level indicator plug, this four-level variation humidity indicator incorporates spanner flats for easy fitting into equipment and comes with a black nut for panel or bag mounting. 

BLD3842/01-02 (Low Profile)

This unit is a 15/30% & 30/50% R.H. split level indicator plug incorporated with a key slot for easy fitting into equipment. It can also be used together with a static desiccator and has a shallow profile, allowing it to sit flush and be protected from damage.

BLD9049

This 7/16 x 18 UNEF thread 20%, 30%, 40% & 50% R.H. four-level indicator plug comes with a black nut assembly, allowing it to be panel mounted. The threads are also chromed for R.F. screening continuity.

BLD7941

A 20%, 40% & 60% R.H. level indicator plug, this split level humidity indicator features a diamond knurl surface finish to allow easy fitting into the equipment. The unit can be supplied with a black nut when required for panel or barrier bag mounting.
