Electronic Humidity Indicator Plugs

Electronic Humidity Indicator Plugs

The Electronic Indicators and Meters function to display readings of relative humidity, ambient temperature and dew point, which is the temperature at which condensation occurs. This is made possible through the combination of both the temperature and humidity sensor. With a battery life of 5 years, the device is to be mounted in a robust IP67 enclose with a press switch to activate readings in sequence. It is a traditional humidity indicator that relies on a colour change, usually from blue to pink to indicate humidity levels. The indication range of the paper lies from 10% to 70% relative humidity, which must be specified at ambient temperature and tolerance range. The new Electronic Humidity Indicator uses a polymer humidity sensor combined with a temperature sensor to provide users with digital display readings of relative humidity, ambient temperature and dewpoint.

Dewpoint shows the temperature at which the system or instrument can be cooled before condensation (or frost) occurs. This qualifies dewpoint as a quality control standard for specific operating performance for both systems and instruments. The Electronic Indicator is mounted in a strong IP67 enclosure with a membrane press switch to activate the three readings in order. Optional thread mounting or bulkhead flange fixing is also available. The operational battery life is usually around five years.

Stream Peak offers five different models of Electronic Indicators & Meters:

BLD10373 – Electronic Relative Humidity Indicator

Our ERHI Thread 1 1/8″ BSP is the latest in innovation, featuring R.H., Temperature, and Dewpoint Display in a single unit. This device allows simultaneous monitoring of the three different readings, which makes it widely applicable. This new Electronic Relative Humidity Indicator uses a polymer humidity sensor combined with a temperature sensor to provide a digital display of the three readings. By using the membrane press switch, it activates the readings in sequence. The operating range of the device is between 5% to 90% R.H., -20°C to 15°C dewpoints, -20°C to 60°C temperature and is capable of withstanding a pressure of 80 psi. The recorded data can be stored for over six months. The option “data logging” is available under request. The operational battery life is usually around five years.

BLD10374 – Electronic Relative Humidity Indicator

Our ERHI thread M36x2 is the latest in innovation, featuring R.H., Temperature, and Dewpoint Display in a single unit. This device also allows simultaneous monitoring of the three different readings, making it widely applicable. The new Electronic Relative Humidity Indicator uses a polymer humidity sensor combined with a temperature sensor to provide a digital display of the three readings. By using the membrane press switch, it activates the readings in sequence. With an operational battery life of up to 5 years, the relative humidity indicator also features a recording range between 5% to 90% R.H., -20°C to 15°C dewpoints, -20°C to 60°C temperature. Also, it is capable of withstanding a pressure of 90 psi. Data logging is available under request, and the recorded data can be stored for over six months.

BLD10375 – Electronic Relative Humidity Indicator

Our ERHI Bulkhead Mounted is the latest in innovation, featuring R.H., Temperature, and Dewpoint Display in a single unit. The device also allows simultaneous monitoring of the three different readings, making it widely applicable. This new Electronic Relative  Humidity Indicator uses a polymer humidity sensor combined with a temperature sensor to provide a digital display of the three readings. It activates the reading in sequence by using the membrane press switch. The operating range of the device is between 5% to 90% R.H., -20֯֯°C to 15֯°C dewpoint, -20°C to 60°C temperature and is capable of withstanding a pressure of 80 psi. The recorded data can be stored for over six months. The option “data logging” is available under request. The operational battery life is usually around five years.

Dewpoint Checker

The Dewpoint Checker allows easy monitoring of the humidity conditions inside the equipment while enabling accurate dewpoint measurements. It is primarily designed for necessary applications to maintain a very low dewpoint and avoid condensation inside the equipment. Our new Dewpoint Checker uses a polymer humidity sensor combined with a temperature sensor to ensure accurate dewpoint measurements. Two different light colours allow users to monitor the value of the dewpoint when it drops below -25°C and below -40°C, respectively. The device also features a third light to provide information about the battery status.

WiFi Temperature and Humidity Data Logging Sensor

A Temperature and Humidity Data Logging HDT-WiFi Sensor designed to measure temperature and humidity readings of its surrounding environment, the recorded reading is typically accurate to ±0.3°C/±0.6°F (5°C to 60°C/41°F to 140°F) and ±2.0% R.H. (20 to 80% R.H. @ 25°C). This logger is ideal for a wide variety of applications, especially where remote monitoring is important. This includes environmental and weather monitoring, agricultural and livestock, food and drink, building and site monitoring, and HVAC.  Data can be streamed wirelessly over any WiFi network and can be viewed on a P.C. using the free EasyLog WiFi software available for download or on the Cloud.

Other key features of this device include:

  • Capable of logging greater than 500,000 data set entries
  • IP55 protection rating
  • Rechargeable internal lithium polymer battery
  • Max and Min readings
  • Low battery indicator
  • WiFi connection indicator
