R.F. Screened For Equipment & Enclosures

The R.F. Screened Humidity Indicator Plugs are designed to be mounted in moisture-sensitive electronic equipment or humidity-controlled enclosures that require EMC Shielding. The R.F. Screened Humidity Indicator Plugs feature a humidity sensor that changes colour depending on the humidity level. When the humidity level increases, the humidity sensor changes colour from blue to pink but reverts to blue when the humidity level decreases. Most of these indicators can be fitted with a desiccant cartridge which adsorbs and remove moisture entering the equipment during use.

BLD11174 – Indicator Plug

This unit is a ½” UNF thread 20, 30 & 40% R.H. indicator plug for R.F. screening. This black anodised aluminium humidity indicator plug features a glass window and alochrome thread for R.F. screening continuity. It also incorporates a gasket, gasket retainer and hex black nut. Installation is also possible through a 0.515 inch (13.1 mm) diameter hole in the container. Available in single or multiple spot disc. Contact us today for more information.

BLD4857/01-04 – Humidity Indicator

This unit is an M8 thread split level brass indicator that incorporates spanner flats for easy fitting into equipment. It is a small and compact humidity indicator plug supplied with R.F. screening options when required. 

BLD5000/01-05 – Humidity Indicator Plug

A ¾” pipe thread 30/50% R.H. indicator plug, this split level humidity indicator has spanner flats to allow easy fitting into equipment such as a panel or flexible barrier bags with the use of the provided black nut. The humidity indicator plug also comes with natural threads R.F. screening continuity when required.

BLD3722 (RIHP3M) – Humidity Indicator Plug

This is an M20 thread 30/50% R.H. indicator plug featuring spanner flats to allow an easy fit into equipment. This unit can be used together with a static desiccator such as the BLD1397. The humidity indicator plug also incorporates alochrome thread for R.F. screening continuity.

BLD3723 (RIHP4M) – Humidity Indicator Plug

This unit is an M20 thread 15/30% R.H. indicator plug featuring spanner flats to allow easy fitting into equipment. This humidity indicator plug can be used together with a static desiccator such as the BLD1397 and incorporates alochrome thread for R.F. screening continuity.

BLD3724 (RIHP6M) – Humidity Indicator Plug

This is an M20 thread 30/50% R.H. indicator plug featuring spanner flats to allow easy fitting into equipment. This humidity indicator plug can be used together with a static desiccator such as the BLD1397. The unit also incorporates an alochrome thread for R.F. screening continuity.

BLD9398

A ¾” U.N. thread 15/30% R.H. indicator plug, this split level humidity indicator can be fitted using a square drive. It is a small and compact humidity indicator plug that can be supplied with R.F. screening when required. 

BLD8169

An M25 thread 15/30% stainless steel indicator plug, this split level stainless steel humidity indicator features spanner flats to enable easy fitting into equipment. Besides, it can be painted, supplied with different R.H. levels when required and combined with a static desiccator cartridge through the internal rear thread. 

BLD9049

A 7/16 x 18 UNEF thread 20, 30, 40 & 50% R.H. indicator plug, this four-level indicator plug can be panel-mounted with the provided black nut assembly. The threads are alochromed for R.F. screening continuity.
