VCI Rust Removing Liquids

VCI Rust Removing Liquid is water-based rust removing liquid designed to remove rust from metal parts before packaging them for storage or shipment. At Stream Peak, we offer two types of effective, fast-acting, non-toxic, non-acidic rust-removing solutions.

Evapo-Rust® De-Rusting Solution

Evapo-Rust is a water-based and non-toxic liquid that provides a safe and environmentally-friendly solution to the rust problem in metalworking industries. Capable of removing surface rust without scrubbing, the Evapo-Rust rust remover is an odour-free, non-acidic, effective, and reusable solution that eliminates the need for grinding, blasting or using harsh caustic and chemicals. Its neutral pH formulation bonds and removes rust but does not affect the composition of metals, plating or even non-oxide paint coatings.

• Reusable – One-gallon de-rusts approx. 300 lbs. of steel, or about 20 lbs of dry rust
• Non-acid, Non-caustic – Neutral pH means no special handling or gloves required
• Non-toxic, Biodegradable – Safe for the environment
• Disposable – Spent solution can be disposed of safely down the drain in most cases

Nox-Rust® Premium Rust Removing Gel

Nox-Rust Premium Rust Removing Gel is a fast-acting, water-based, brush-on rust remover. Safe and effective, the gel can remove surface rust from large, hard-to-move vertical metal structures and equipment without sanding or scrubbing. Thick and acid-free, the gel applies on iron, steel, and most metal surfaces while ensuring that paint or rubber are damage-free. To apply, brush the gel over the rusted metal surface. Light rust will begin to break within 15-20 minutes. When the rust is loose, wipe away using a soft cloth or rinse with water.
