VCI Papers (Non-Ferrous) are anti-corrosion and anti-tarnish specially catered for metals used in electronics, aerospace, automotive, and other precision manufacturing parts. Corrosion and tarnish-proof papers for added protection for metals commonly used in electronics, aerospace, automotive, and other precision manufacturing parts. A unique formula of VCIs is blended into the VCI Papers, not superficially coated.
The VCI Paper (Alumitex) protects ferrous and multiple non-ferrous metals, including lead alloys, aluminium, and galvanised steel, from corrosion and damage. It is 35lb./57gsm single ply natural kraft, unprinted and Nitrite-free. The VCI packaging solution can be used as an interleaver, eliminating water spotting and corrosion when in contact with metal and saturated with Daubert Cromwell’s proprietary corrosion inhibiting formulation.
The VCI Paper (Coppertex) safeguards copper, bronze, brass, and other copper alloys from corrosion damage and tarnish. The size comes in 35lb./57 gsm² natural Kraft and is saturated on both sides with a specially formulated volatile corrosion inhibitor. The VCI paper is Nitrite-free and can be used as an interleaver for wrapping copper sheets and tubing, as a wrap for copper cable and wire, and individually wrap parts and components used in electronics and automotive assemblies.
The VCI Paper (Silver Saver) is made to safeguard silver metals from tarnish. It is a 40 lb. /57gsm bleached kraft coated with our protective chemical formulation. Designed to protect silver, gold, and noble metals from tarnish by absorbing the environment’s hydrogen sulfide and other elements. It meets worldwide standards in protecting silver and other metals from tarnish without leaving any residue on the surface. It is also non-toxic, safe, and easy to use.
