Total Trax Location Services is an additional component that is optional to the Forklift Monitoring System. It is designed to deliver critical insights that can be used to boost safety, operator productivity, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) utilisation and maintenance objectives. It can benefit safety, fleet, and warehouse managers to collect and process information about their vehicles. It can also help them identify trends, devise travel routes, observe the pallet movement, and set standards for vehicle speeds, paths, and other measurements. Compared to alternatives and competitive solutions in the market, our Total Trax Location Services device provides increased accuracy at higher speeds with lower maintenance requirements and lower costs. It is also available in three levels of vehicle locations to meet different warehouse needs.

3 Levels of Vehicle Locations:

Level 1: LXBASE

Basic location functionality

Suitable for companies with smaller factories or does not have a designated spot for the vehicle
WiFi-enabled
The proximity of the vehicle within a facility when an event occurs
Location-sharing

Level 2: LXRANGE

Mid-level location functionality

Suitable for companies with medium to large factories that require a closer location monitoring
Alerts driver when a vehicle is within a 50-foot radius
Flexible reporting solution

Mapping capabilities include:

Live Map display of a vehicle’s location
Event Map shows the location of an accident
Require installation of additional access points

Level 3: LXOPTICAL

Top-level location functionality

Suitable for companies with large facilities that require high levels of accuracy
Alerts driver of a vehicle within 1-foot precision
Flexible reporting – analysis on speeding violations, stop violations, and location where the event occurred
Geofencing and Inventory Management
Requires additional VX hardware (VX71 and OPMs)
Adds real-time, location stamps to most events
