3 Sided Seal Pouch

The 3 Sided Seal Pouch, also known as the flat pouch, is a qualitative and low-cost pouch manufactured from one piece of film and then sealed on both sides, leaving either the top or bottom of the pouch unsealed for the filling of containers. The 3 Sided Seal Pouch is made from mono or multi-layers of plastic films with metallised and aluminium foil lamination, giving it high durability and long shelf life. Furthermore, protective films can be incorporated into the pouch’s design to protect against oxygen, aroma, UV, and punctures.

This pouch is ideal for a wide range of applications in both food and non-food industries. These applications include confectionery, dried goods, beauty products, pharmaceuticals, frozen/processed meat, and seafood. The 3 Sided Seal Pouch is also highly customisable in design, size, and dimensions, allowing openings as narrow as the size of a toothbrush or openings large enough to enable the scooping of content. Additional accessories such as a transparent window, tear notch, resealable zipper, ergonomic handle, and hanging holes are also available to improve the performance of the pouches.
