Our Desiccant breathers are meticulously designed to offer robust protection in various industrial environments. They consist of rugged housing made from high-quality materials such as polycarbonate or stainless steel, capable of withstanding harsh conditions without compromising performance. Inside the housing comes a layered filtration system.
The breathers are designed with a three-layer system for optimal air purification. At the top, a particulate filter captures airborne dust and debris. In the centre, a chamber filled with silica gel desiccant absorbs moisture from the incoming air, ensuring it’s dry as it flows through. Finally, the bottom layer consists of another particulate filter, which ensures that the air entering the equipment is not only dry but also clean.
