Small Indicators For Equipment

The Small Indicators for Equipment are made for mounting in smaller moisture-sensitive equipment and enclosure, and these indicators can detect relative humidity changes in the space readily. When the humidity level increases, the indicator will turn from blue to pink, reverting to blue when relative humidity decreases. Most Humidity Indicator Plugs are fitted with a desiccant cartridge that adsorbs and removes any moisture entering the equipment during use.

BLD11174 – Indicator Plug

The BLD11174 is a ½” UNF thread 20, 30 & 40% R.H. indicator plug for R.F. screening. This black anodised aluminium humidity indicator plug features a glass window and alochromed thread for R.F. screening continuity. It incorporates a gasket, gasket retainer and hex black nut. Installation in a container is possible through a 0.515 inch (13.1 mm) diameter hole. This humidity indicator plug is available in single or multiple spot disc.

BLD2871 – Brass Indicator Plug

The M8 thread 10% R.H. brass indicator plug is a single-level brass (non-sparking) humidity indicator equipped with spanner flats for an easy fit into equipment. This humidity indicator plug is small, compact and can be supplied with different R.H. levels when required.

BLD5107 – Humidity Indicator

The BLD5107 is an M8 thread 10% R.H. stainless steel indicator plug incorporated with spanner flats for easy fitting into equipment. This humidity indicator plug is small, compact and can be supplied with different R.H. levels when required.

BLD4857/01-04 – Humidity Indicator

This unit is an M8 thread split level brass indicator. This non-sparking humidity indicator incorporates spanner flats for easy fitting into equipment. Small and compact, the humidity indicator plug can be supplied with R.F. screening when required.

BLD6344/02 Polycarbonate

The BLD344/02 Polycarbonate is a 30/50% R.H. level indicator plug made from polycarbonate material to provide the unit with a hard-wearing design. The humidity indicator plug comes with a black nut to meet various applications, including mounting into barrier bags.

BLD9382/01

An M8 thread split level stainless steel & painted indicator, this split level stainless steel humidity indicator incorporates spanner flats for easy fitting into equipment. Small and compact, the unit can also be supplied with various R.H. levels when required.

BLD9398

A ¾” U.N. thread 15/30% R.H. indicator plug, this split level humidity indicator can be fitted using a square drive. It is a small and compact unit that can be supplied with R.F. screening when required.

BLD9186

A 1/2″ UNF thread brass 20, 30 & 40% R.H. indicator plug. This zinc-plated brass humidity indicator plug features a glass window, allowing users to easily observe the container’s contents, improving productivity and saving cost by eliminating the need to open packages for inspection. Equipped with a gasket, gasket retainer and nut, installation can occur through a 0.515inch (13.1mm) diameter hole of a container.
