Outward Relief Valve

Outward Relief Valves are designed exceptionally to reduce the pressure in electric and electrooptic equipment and standard settings from 0.5 psid to 5.0 psid. They are typically used for safety valves and pneumatic pipelines.

M20 Thread Outward Relief Valve

This panel mounting Outward Relief Valve is perfect for keeping the equipment safe from vacuum damage. It comes with a back nut and an alochrome threat for R.F. Screening Continuity. This valve has a range of pressure settings. 

M20 Thread Outward Relief Valve (8531)

This valve is supplied with a back nut and o-ring for fitting to safeguard equipment from vacuum damage. It has a PTFE coated stainless steel mesh to act both as a filter and protect the valve from dust and contaminants. It also has an alochrome thread for R.F Screening Continuity. This valve has a range of pressure settings.

M30 Thread Outward Relief Valve

This panel mounting aluminium Outward Relief Valve can protect against vacuum damage. Depending on the operational requirement, this unit can be provided in various pressure settings and has a filter on the inlet.

1.5 BSP Double Thread Outward Relief Valve

This Outward Relief Valve comes with a large hexagonal head. One side is tapered while the other is parallel, allowing it to be installed in-line or connected to the exhaust or intake. This unit can be effortlessly installed with a socket or spanner, and it can also be mounted in a reverse position to act as outward relief valve. Commonly used with our tank vent dryers, the valves give supplement protection to prevent blockages. The BSP thread indicates that they can be easily mounted into standard pipe fittings.

1.5 BSP Thread Outward Relief Valve (Stainless Steel)

2” Thread Outward Relief Valve (Stainless Steel)

This is the largest Stainless Steel Outward Pressure Relief Valve unit that is currently available at Steam Peak. They can be fitted with either Viton or Nitrile seals which accommodate a large flow rate. This valve can also be mounted in reverse positions to act as an Inward Relief Valve. Commonly used with our tank vent dryers, the valves give supplement protection to prevent blockages. The BSP thread indicates that they can be easily mounted into standard pipe fittings.

9/16-21 UNF-3B Thread

This unit has a standard settings scope from 0.5 psid to 3.0 psid reseal or cracking pressure to meet the requirements for a low-cost, one-way Pressure Relief Valve.
