The sealing jaw operates electrically, and it starts up with a footswitch, which enables the automatic bagger to carry on with the next bag to the fill position. When the filling finishes, separate the bag at the perforations, insert it into the sealing jaw and turn on the footswitch. There is an advanced thermal transfer imprinter for next-bag-out printing. You can position it directly over the next bag to be loaded, and the labelling operation becomes more accurate and efficient for applications that require frequent product and label changeovers.
