Nox-Rust 5400

The Nox-Rust 5400 is a rust preventive oil incorporated with petroleum additives. It does not interfere with assembly sealers, adhesives, painting, welding, and cleaning solutions. It is easily removable via conventional cleaning methods and is also approved for use as lubricant/preservative on sheet and coil sheets by major automotive manufacturers.

  • Protection Time: 1-2 years indoors; 3-6 months outdoors protected
  • Appearance: Light oily/waxy
  • Metal Protection: Cold rolled steel; sheet metal stamping; automotive parts
  • Approvals: OEM approved as a weldable RP, a preservative, and lubricant
  • Also available in convenient 11 oz. aerosol spray
Nox-Rust 7100

A general use water-displacing stamping oil, the Nox-Rust 7100 is an essential solution for any plant operation with stamping operation that uses water-base cutting fluids. These companies typically manufacture springs, machine tools, compressors, gears, driveshafts, precision parts, watch components, taps, drills, and parts for refrigeration, aviation, and transportation. The transparent oil repels residual cutting fluids and will not clog stamping dies, which is a crucial benefit. It is also non-staining, which is another important quality for in-plant or cross plant processing. After application, it dries to a soft dry film which is barely noticeable, except for the sparkling luster it puts on treated metal. To apply the Nox-Rust 7100, users can dip, spray or brush the solution on metal surfaces. In most scenarios, removal is not necessary.

  • Protection Time: 3-6 months indoor
  • Appearance: Light, transparent, oily; dries to a transparent, non-discernible film
  • Metal Protection: Multi-metals
  • Approvals: OEM product
  • Also available in convenient 11 oz. aerosol spray
Nox-Rust 7800

The Nox-Rust 7800 is a lubricant suitable for high precision and parts. It is also compatible with barium lube grease. It is a multi-purpose lubricant for many users and is incorporated with water displacing and low viscosity features, making this corrosion preventive liquid a go-to solution for them. Known as the go-to all-purpose lubricant, the Nox-Rust 7800 is not only capable of providing temporary corrosion protection but can also be used to un-seize a stubborn nut to ensure machines can run smoothly. The Nox-Rust 7800 protects both ferrous and non-ferrous parts during storage and covers transit at a low film thickness with water-displacing, low viscosity lubricant, and a corrosion prevention solution. Mixing or preparation is unnecessary, and it is compatible with barium lube grease while functioning as an excellent lubricating oil for assembly parts. It features a unique capability to creep and penetrate very tight and hard-to-reach areas. When at -70°F, the Nox-Rust 7800 remains in a liquid state, making it applicable for military purposes as gun oil for firearms in cold climates. Nox-Rust 7800 is also ideal in transit and transportation industries, machined parts, and even routine maintenance shop use. To use the Nox-Rust 7800, apply by spray, dip, or brush. Users can use mineral spirits, high-pressure steam, or hot alkaline wash if removal is required.

  • Protection Time: up to 12 months indoor
  • Appearance: Light, oily film
  • Metal Protection: Steel; metalworking, precision parts – ferrous and non-ferrous
  • Approvals: OEM product
Nox-Rust 9300

The Nox-Rust 9300 is an all-purpose corrosion inhibitor used for the final stage rinse. It ensures machine parts, tools, etc. are corrosion-free during freight and storage. The solution requires preparation before use. To apply the Nox-Rust 9300, use water or petroleum solvent to dilute the solution, then apply by preparation before use. Use water or petroleum solvent to dilute the solution, then apply by spraying, dipping or brushing onto the desired surface. It dries as a thin, oily emulsion and guarantees protection from corrosion for up to 3-9 months.

  • Protection Time: 3-9 months indoor
  • Appearance: Light, transparent liquid; dries to a thin, oily emulsion
  • Metal Protection: Steel
  • Approvals: OEM product
Nox-Rust 9700

The Nox-Rust 9700 is a synthetic, water-based fluid created as a final and in-process RP additive. The steel is cleaned before the oil is applied and can be used in metalworking fluids, cutting fluids, and final stage rinse. It is water-displacing and compatible with zinc and copper.

  • Protection Time: Limited indoor 1-12 weeks
  • Appearance: Straw coloured, clear, aqueous solution that dries to a thin, soft film
  • Metal Protection: Steel
  • Approvals: OEM product
